in fiction (Female
Villains: 10 Evil Women in Literature). Among them are Shakespeare’s
Lady Macbeth and Euripides’ Medea. Others include Annie Wilkes in Stephen
King’s Misery and Nurse Ratched in
Ken Kesey’s One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s
